well I had to buy the material from Walmart, long black fabric, then long shiny red fabric, then I got home, cut it down to the length n width I needed it to be, stitched it all together by hand, then proceeded to measure more for the front flaps and top collar, which I cut down so that it would fold around my shoulders and neck, and once i did that, I realized that the collar wouldnt stay where I wanted it to, so I put a piece of thin cardboard in between the collar, so it stays the same angle, then came the complicating part of how to make the collar stay on my shoulder, well that wasn't so hard, given those flaps just needed some buttons to make the whole thing stay together, which is what I did, (and considering in order for the cape to stay on, I put some pins just in case.) and then everything else etc etc etc, ordered the Harlock Cosmo gun online....etc etc haha xD
